Two models. EOD: drawdown threshold recalculated once per day at 4:59:59 PM ET on the closing balance, trails up with new highs (never down), enforced in real time the next session. Intraday: threshold trails in real time with peak balance incl. unrealized profit (never down); touching it liquidates and fails/closes immediately. Stops trailing: Performance Accounts at Starting Balance + $100; Evaluations on Rithmic & WealthCharts at the Target Profit balance; Evaluations on Tradovate trail indefinitely.

EOD: fixed DLL per session in Evaluation (hitting it pauses trading for that session, resets next session; touching the EOD drawdown threshold — not the DLL — is what fails the account); Performance Account DLL is tier-based. Intraday: no DLL in Evaluation (risk controlled by the intraday trailing threshold); PA DLL is tier-based, enforced intraday.

All programs: no single trading day may exceed 50% of total accumulated profit, until the 6th payout or transfer to a Live Prop account (consistency on funded only).

Evaluation: 25K 4 mini/40 micros, 50K 6/60, 100K 8/80, 150K 12/120. Sim Funded (Performance Account): 25K 2/20, 50K 4/40, 100K 6/60, 150K 10/100. Tier-based scaling in the PA.

Allowed for your normal trading strategy. Prohibited: 'news trading' strategies that chase the market or place two-sided orders to gamble the outcome of news.

Holding positions through market close is prohibited.

All trading must be manual — EAs, bots, scripts, macros strictly prohibited (permitted: signal/alert generators, platform-native stop-loss/take-profit set manually at entry, charting/analysis that doesn't submit orders). Copy trading allowed across own accounts (same Apex user ID & email); third-party copiers at own risk. No hedging (simultaneous long+short on same/correlated instrument). All trades must have stop losses + a defined risk strategy; using the full drawdown threshold as a stop loss is prohibited. Evaluation period: 30 calendar days, no extensions, no minimum trading days (can pass in one day); 7 calendar days after passing to activate the Performance Account. Inactivity: Eval none; Sim Funded needs >=2 trading days of $50+ new profit per rolling 30 days (15 days inactive -> dormant; 30 consecutive days -> permanently closed, payouts forfeited). Other prohibited: account/credential sharing, third-party payments, bad-faith chargebacks, VPN/proxy/anonymizers, high-risk strategies (e.g. 5-tick target/150-tick stop), stockpiling eval accounts, SIM-environment manipulation (HFT, erroneous-fill exploitation, non-directional bracket trading), multiple/household accounts. Consequences: temporary contract-usage limits, payouts restricted to profit since last request, windfall-profit DQ.
