Who runs this site, and how the data is made.

The researcher

Oliver - Co-founder & Researcher

Oliver has researched prop trading firms since 2023. That is three years of tracking challenge pricing, rule changes, payout behaviour and trader reviews across CFD, futures and crypto funding. He built and maintains the database this site runs on. Every review, comparison and rule summary on propfirmtrading.net is written or checked by him against that database. The database currently covers 31 firms and the analysis of 9,822+ public trader reviews.

He can be reached on X and Reddit, or by email at propworldpartners@gmail.com.

The partnerships desk

Attila - Co-founder - Partnerships & Advertising

Every advertising deal and partner relationship goes through Attila: firm listings, exclusive discount codes, giveaway collaborations and creator partnerships. Keeping the business side with one person lets the research side stay independent. Oliver writes the data, Attila handles the deals, and neither overrules the other. Partnership requests start on the Work with us page.

How the site works

Independent prop-firm comparison site tracking CFD, futures and crypto prop trading firms: challenge prices with verified discount codes applied, per-challenge rules, payout terms, trader-review analyses and free comparison tools. Data refreshed by automated daily and weekly checks.

01One database, scraped daily

Every price, rule and payout term on this site lives in a single database. Automated pipelines re-check firm sites daily and weekly, and firm announcements trigger a manual check on top. Every table, chart, comparison and AI answer is generated from that one source, so no page can show a different figure from another.

02Codes tested at the real checkout

A discount code is listed only after it works at the firm's own checkout, and codes are re-checked weekly. Listed prices already include the code. When a firm has no working code, the page says so, and the site does not use countdown timers or expired coupons.

03Reviews built from public trader reports

The review pages are built from thousands of publicly posted trader reviews, with score distributions included and one-star reports quoted. Payout-denial patterns and rule enforcement are reported alongside the firm's marketing claims. Traders can see that gap before paying a fee.

04Affiliate-funded, not firm-funded

The site earns a commission when a trader buys through a link or code, and the code usually makes the challenge cheaper than buying direct. Firms cannot pay for placement, rankings or scores, and negative findings stay published. That independence is what the site is built on.

How content is made

Every figure on this site, including prices, drawdowns, profit splits and discount percentages, comes from one database. Automated pipelines re-check that database against the firms' own sites daily and weekly. Writers do not type numbers, because pages read them from the data, so a price cannot be current in one table and stale in another.

PropFirmTrading uses AI tools in that pipeline. The bots that watch firm announcements and refresh the database also produce first drafts of news items and data summaries. Nothing they write is published automatically. Every draft lands in a queue where Oliver re-verifies the figures against the source, rewrites the draft or deletes it. A person decides what is published on this site, every time.

The same rule shapes what the site does not publish. There are no mass-generated pages built to cover every possible keyword. Comparison pages exist only for matchups that traders search for, and a new page needs real search demand before it goes live. The site chooses fewer, verified pages over thousands of thin ones.

Corrections

Prop firms change prices and rules often, and no tracker is perfect. Anything out of date or wrong can be reported by email to propworldpartners@gmail.com. Verified corrections go live with the next deploy, usually the same day.

Readers can start with all firms, the finder or the research statistics.
