- Minimum Trading Days
Evaluation: 5 days per phase (trade must stay open ≥1 minute; no minimum with add-on). Funded: none.
- News Trading
Evaluation: no restriction. Funded: no trading (open/close/pending incl. SL & TP) within 5 min before/after high-impact news; profits made in that 10-min window are deducted (soft breach). Trades opened ≥48h before the news and closed within the window are exempt.
- Copy Trading
Allowed only between accounts you personally own (BrightFunded, other prop firms, retail brokers); copying between different owners strictly prohibited. Prop Firm One partnership extends copy trading across firms.
- Expert Advisors (EAs)
Allowed but must align with trading conditions & rules; compatibility/performance of third-party EAs not guaranteed.
- Inactivity Rule
At least 1 trade (open ≥1 minute) every 30 days or the account is deactivated; permanently closed if not reactivated via support within 6 months.

Payouts
PAYOUT POLICY
- Profit Split
80%; 90% with add-on; 100% when scaled up. Plus 15% profit share from Phase 1 & 2.
- Payout Frequency
First payout after 30 days, then bi-weekly. Add-on: bi-weekly from the first payout, or weekly.
- 15% Evaluation Profit Reward
Reach ≥10% growth on funded account(s) (growth combinable only within the same linked funded-account chain), receive the payout, then get a new funded account whose balance includes a 15% bonus of your Phase 1+2 evaluation profits. Must contact support to apply.
- 1-Step Trailing Drawdown Lock
Once equity grows 6% above the initial balance, the limit locks at the original balance and stops moving.
- Scaling Plan
4 consecutive months from first trade; profitable in ≥2 of 4 months with ≥10% total profit; ≥2 successful payouts; account at breakeven or in profit. Balance increases by 30% of the original size each time; unlimited scaling; 100% profit split from the 3rd scale-up.
