Instant Sim Funded, Ignite Instant Funding & all evaluations: allowed, no restrictions. Elite Access & Elite Daily funded: no trading 2 min before/after high-impact news. May hold a trade opened before the 2-min pre-news window, but closing or modifying stops/targets inside the window = violation (profits may be removed, payout denied, account flagged; repeated = stricter; not an automatic hard breach unless abuse detected).

Not allowed. All positions must close by 4:10 PM EST; open trades may trigger forced liquidation and penalties. Trading hours: 6:00 PM - 4:10 PM EST next day (Mon-Fri), with a daily 1-hour break 5:00-6:00 PM EST.

Prohibited: exploiting system/pricing/latency errors (latency arbitrage, price manipulation); insider/non-public info; front-running; cross-account hedging (incl. across other firms); unauthorized account access. 10-Second Rule: all trades must stay open >10s (10.00s = violation; scaling in within 10s OK); if ~50%+ of profits or trades violate, those profits are removed. Also prohibited: harming broker relationships (quote stuffing, slippage targeting); regulatory-risk activity; externally marketed challenge-passing systems; rolling/churning/gambling (batch accounts, breaching within 24-48h then repurchasing); cross-firm arbitrage; all automated trading/EAs/bots/HFT (manual or semi-manual only); copy/group trading and signal services (Telegram/Discord) - leader & follower must be same type and value; intentional breaching / sim farming. Inactivity: at least one trade every 14 calendar days (Sim Funded). IP address restrictions apply.

Elite Access: after 5 minimum profitable days. Instant: dynamic profit target per payout (1st 6%, 2nd 5%, 3rd+ 4% of balance). Ignite: first payout at 5% profit + 15% consistency (no min trading days), then 5% per subsequent payout. >=50% of each payout must come from profits since last payout.

Max drawdown locks at initial balance + $100 on payout. Elite Access buffer: 25K $1,500, 50K $2,000, 100K $3,000, 150K $4,500 (required profit: 25K $2,000, 50K $2,500, 100K $3,500, 150K $5,000; 5 profitable days of $200/$250/$300/$350; best day <=40% of cycle profit). Elite Daily buffer: 25K $1,500, 50K $2,500, 100K $3,500.
