The5ers Futures Review 2026: Day Trade vs Swing, Pro Payouts and Rule Details

This The5ers Futures review covers the futures arm of The5ers, which had two evaluation plans on sale, Day Trade and Swing, in 25K and 50K sizes on 5 November 2026. An evaluation is a paid test on a simulated account, and passing it leads to the Pro Stage, where payouts begin.

The futures plans run on the BlackArrow platform and are sold from the5ers.com, under the same company, code and partner link as The5ers' CFD accounts. Buyers pay a single fee per account, and neither plan adds an activation or monthly charge.

The5ers Futures review, six findings for buyers

  • List prices run from $59 for a 25K Day Trade account to $120 for a 50K Swing account, or $53.10 to $108 with code PROPFT.
  • Both plans set a 6% target and a 4% end-of-day trailing loss limit, and the plan tables list no daily loss limit.
  • A 40% consistency rule binds the evaluation and the Pro Stage, and it delays money rather than failing the account.
  • Pro Stage payouts come every 14 days at an 80/20 split, with a 3% cap per payout on accounts bought from 15 October 2026.
  • The full fee returns with the third payout, no sooner than about six weeks into the Pro Stage at one payout per 14 days.
  • The firm's own pages state nine points in two ways, from the daily cut-off time to the consistency formula.

How Day Trade and Swing accounts work

Day Trade and Swing share their targets, loss limits and contract caps, and they differ in overnight holding, price and a Swing-only credit offer.

A profit target is the gain that passes the evaluation. The maximum loss is the floor at which the account ends. EOD, short for end of day, means the floor is set once a day from the highest midnight balance or equity, not during the session.

A contract cap is the largest position allowed, counted in minis or in smaller micros, at 10 micros per mini.

The evaluation has no minimum number of trading days, so a pass on the first day is allowed.

A passed account moves to the Pro Stage at the plan's starting balance, because evaluation profit does not carry over. The Pro Stage keeps the 4% limit, the contract caps and the 40% rule, and it adds payouts and scale-ups.

What the four The5ers Futures accounts cost

With code PROPFT at 10%, the four accounts cost $53.10 to $108 in PropFirmTrading's data on 5 November 2026.

One-time fee by plan and size, list and with PROPFT
25K50K
Day Trade, list$59.00$100.00

PropFirmTrading data on 5 Nov 2026. The PROPFT rows take 10% off the list price. Darker cells cost more.

PropFirmTrading tested the code at checkout on 5 November 2026, and the 10% rate applied. For any single plan and size, the total at checkout remains the figure to trust, and the The5ers Futures discount code page keeps each price current.

  • ›Swing pricing. The plan table calls $69 and $120 a "Summer Plan Price", and no regular Swing price appears on any page read for this review.
  • ›Summer Boost. A limited-time ladder, still shown on 5 November 2026, gives Swing accounts Hub Credits of $15 when funded, then $20, $25, $30 and $35 at payouts one to four.
  • ›Hub Credits. A dashboard balance that pays for new programs and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • ›Unused accounts. A full refund within 5 days of purchase for an account with no trades, then Hub Credits only. Cash refunds reach the original payment method in 5 to 7 business days.
  • ›Commissions. $5.00 per standard contract and $2.50 per micro. The firm's article calls this both a round-turn charge, covering entry and exit, and a per-side charge.

Breach rules on Day Trade and Swing

A The5ers Futures account closes at the 4% floor or after a breach of the holding, conduct or activity rules, while the consistency rule only holds back money.

Account closures on Day Trade and Swing

  • Loss floor. Falling to the 4% trailing floor, set from the highest midnight balance or equity and starting $1,000 or $2,000 below the opening balance.
  • Daily cut-off. A Day Trade position still open 10 minutes before the daily close, or a Swing position larger than 1 mini or 10 micros.
  • Weekend. Any position on either plan still open at the Friday cut-off.
  • Banned methods. High-frequency trading, algorithmic trading and hedging, which the firm says also lead to a ban.
  • Inactivity. 14 calendar days without a trade, a rule the firm states for the evaluation.
  • Location and payment. Trading from a restricted country or behind a VPN forfeits fees and profit, and a card in another person's name disables the account.

Trading hours and the cut-off time

The firm's market-hours article gives futures hours as 5:00 PM CT on Sunday to 4:00 PM CT on Friday, with a daily break from 4:00 to 5:00 PM CT. The futures page and the Summer Plan page give the cut-off before the weekend as 4:50 PM ET, which is 3:50 PM CT and 10 minutes before that close. The daily break starts at the same hour, so by PropFirmTrading's reading the weekday cut-off is also 4:50 PM ET.

Two FAQ articles give the cut-off as 4:50 PM CET, and the market-hours article gives 4:50 PM CT, a time inside its own daily break. Only the Eastern Time version matches the firm's "10 minutes before" wording, so this review uses it.

News trading is allowed on both plans, while the general rules article bars arbitrage and trades lasting a few seconds or less. Copying is allowed only between a trader's own 25K and 50K accounts, up to $75,000 in total. Each limit by plan and size is on the The5ers Futures rules page.

The 40% consistency rule, worked through

The5ers Futures sets its consistency rule at 40% in both stages, so no single result may exceed that share of total profit.

The plan table measures the rule "per position", meaning the single most profitable trade. When that trade exceeds 40% of total profit, the account stays open, and the pass, payout or scale-up waits until total profit reaches the best trade divided by 0.40.

On a 50K evaluation with the firm's $3,000 target, the rule works out as follows.

  • ›Within the rule. Every trade earns less than $1,200, which is 40% of $3,000, so the account passes on reaching the target.
  • ›Above the rule. A best trade of $1,600 is 53% of $3,000, so the pass waits until total profit reaches $4,000.
  • ›In the Pro Stage. The same test runs before every payout and every scale-up.

The firm's articles disagree on what is measured. Two use the best trading day, and the calculation article of 6 October writes "Best Trade" in its formula but labels its example "Best Trading Day". An article of 20 July still uses 50%.

The net-profit article says the rule uses total gross P&L, short for profit and loss. Its own example works out $1,400 of net profit but then calculates on $1,000 out of $1,700. A best-day reading would also rule out a one-day pass, since that day would hold all of the profit, yet the plan table allows one.

Pro Stage payouts, caps and scaling

Only Pro Stage accounts can withdraw, once every 14 days, after profit reaches 4% of the starting balance and the account is 14 days old.

That 4% equals $1,000 on 25K and $2,000 on 50K. The trader keeps 80% of each payout, and the futures page says the split stays at 80/20 on all later payouts.

  • ›Cap. 3% per payout on Pro accounts bought on or after 15 October 2026, while a 25K bought before then keeps 5%. The article, updated on 4 November, does not say what the 3% is measured on.
  • ›Cap history. The 18 August version of the same article capped 50K accounts at 3% of the current balance and 25K accounts at $1,250. On that basis a 50K Pro account could take about $1,500 per payout, by PropFirmTrading's arithmetic.
  • ›Fees. Payouts through Rise, a payments platform, or by crypto or bank transfer cost 3.5%, while Hub Credits carry no fee.
  • ›Floor after a payout. The loss limit resets to 4% below the new balance, so a $53,500 balance after a payout puts the floor at $51,360.
  • ›Large amounts. The terms let the firm split payouts above an unpublished threshold into weekly instalments of $10,000.
  • ›Refund timing. At one payout every 14 days, the third payout and its fee refund arrive no sooner than about six weeks into the Pro Stage, by PropFirmTrading's arithmetic.

Scaling to $500K

Each 10% of Pro Stage profit triggers a scale-up. The trader closes all positions, the Risk Department reviews the account, and a new account follows with 5% more balance and one more mini or 10 more micros.

The Summer Plan page shows a 25K moving to $26,250 and 3 minis after $2,500 of profit, and a 50K moving to $52,500 and 5 minis after $5,000. Scale-ups run to $500K with no minimum number of profitable days, and each one restarts the 14-day payout cycle.

The futures page adds the trader's 80% share of profit on top of the $52,500. The scaling article of 2 November lists $50,000, $2,500 and a $4,000 share, then totals them as $52,500, although the three lines add up to $56,500.

Payout proof for futures accounts

The5ers publishes no payout count, total or payout time for futures accounts alone. The 17 payout cards on the futures page repeat the set on the CFD homepage, and no card is marked as a futures payout.

The same $98,038 figure sits on two of those cards under different names. One trader's card shows $4,500, while his interview tile shows $9,000.

The company-wide figures on the homepage, 4,376 payouts a month and an average payout time of 16 hours, do not separate futures from CFD accounts. This review treats them as a record of the company, not of its futures payouts.

Is The5ers Futures legit?

The5ers Futures is run by the company behind The5ers under published terms, and its futures program, first archived in February 2026, has no published payout record of its own.

  • ›Operator. The futures footer names FIVE PERCENT ONLINE LTD, registered in Israel as company 515864007 at 2 Ha'tidhar street, Raanana, and adds the line "Part of 5% group".
  • ›Second company. The terms also name a company of the same name in England and Wales, number 12553363, at 168 Praed Street, London.
  • ›Disputes. The terms send disputes to the courts of Tel Aviv, and Israel appears on every restricted-country list.
  • ›Status. The footer calls the evaluations simulated and says the company is not a broker. Under the terms, Pro accounts run on simulated capital, and the firm decides whether to execute a Pro trader's trades.
  • ›Pro acceptance. Passing does not guarantee Pro status under the terms, and Pro traders sign further terms that are not public.

The terms of 28 October 2026 cover futures contracts, although their evaluation section links only the CFD programs. The firm states no launch date for the futures arm, and its oldest archived futures page dates from 18 February 2026.

The futures restricted list names 35 countries and regions, among them Russia, Iran, Crimea, Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia. No list names the United States, and the terms say only that platforms for US residents may differ.

The Trustpilot profile for the futures arm

Trustpilot, a public review site, holds a separate profile named The5ers Futures, scored 4.5 from 450 reviews in PropFirmTrading's hand check of 5 November 2026. The company claimed that profile in February 2026.

The futures page links this profile near the top and links the main the5ers.com profile lower down. A base of 450 reviews is small next to the futures firms compared further down this page.

The5ers Futures is the only plan here with a consistency rule in both stages, since each peer applies one either before or after the pass. It is also the only one with a fixed 14-day wait between payouts, where the peers pay daily, every 48 hours or after a set number of winning days.

E8 Futures Signature has the same 6% target, 4% EOD limit, 80% share and 10% code rate, at a higher price. On Trustpilot, the five peers with a score in PropFirmTrading's data range from 3.8 to 4.9 on 1,755 to 21,610 reviews.

Who the Day Trade and Swing plans suit

The plans fit futures traders who close out before the daily cut-off or hold one small position overnight, trade at least every two weeks and can wait 14 days between payouts.

The5ers Futures strengths, drawbacks and open questions

Strengths

  • A one-time fee from $53.10 with PROPFT, with no activation or monthly fee.
  • No daily loss limit in the plan tables, and a pass in one day is allowed.
  • The full fee returns with the third payout, added to the account balance.
  • Swing accounts may keep 1 mini or 10 micros open overnight.
  • News trading is allowed, and scaling runs to $500K with no minimum profitable days.

Drawbacks

  • The 40% consistency rule applies in the Pro Stage as well as the evaluation.
  • Payouts come only every 14 days, with a 3% cap on accounts bought from 15 Oct 2026.
  • BlackArrow is the only platform, and algorithmic and high-frequency trading are banned.
  • No weekend holding on either plan, and 14 days without a trade ends an evaluation.
  • The firm publishes no payout figures for futures accounts alone.

Open questions

  • Whether the consistency rule measures the best trade or the best day, and on gross or net profit.
  • What the 3% payout cap is measured on, and whether each later payout needs 4% profit again.
  • Whether US residents can join, since no restricted list names the United States.
  • How long the Swing Summer Plan Price and the Summer Boost credits will last.

Traders can set the 14-day payout wait and the Pro Stage consistency rule against their own trading pace before buying.

PropFirmTrading can earn a commission when a trader buys a The5ers Futures account through its link or with code PROPFT. The code takes 10% off all four accounts in PropFirmTrading's data and leaves the rules and payout terms unchanged. The same code and link apply to The5ers' CFD programs.

This review rests on The5ers' public pages, its terms, Internet Archive copies and a test of the code PROPFT at checkout. It does not draw on a funded or traded The5ers Futures account.

The5ers Futures FAQ

Is The5ers Futures legit?

The5ers Futures is the futures program of The5ers, run from the5ers.com by FIVE PERCENT ONLINE LTD, a company registered in Israel as 515864007. It publishes its plan tables, 48 futures FAQ articles and terms last updated on 28 October 2026.

The program is recent, with its oldest archived page dated 18 February 2026, and the firm gives no payout figures for futures alone. Several of its pages disagree on the cut-off time and the consistency rule, so support can be asked to confirm both before a purchase.

Is The5ers Futures part of The5ers?

Yes. The5ers Futures sells from the same website and hub as The5ers, and its footer names the same Israeli company, FIVE PERCENT ONLINE LTD. The terms of 28 October 2026 cover CFD and futures contracts alike, and PropFirmTrading's data records PROPFT at 10% off on both sides.

The trading rules differ. The futures plans run on BlackArrow with a 4% end-of-day trailing limit and a flat 80% share. The CFD programs use MetaTrader 5, cTrader or TradingView, and most set daily loss limits.

How much does a The5ers Futures account cost?

On 5 November 2026, Day Trade listed at $59 for 25K and $100 for 50K, and Swing at $69 for 25K and $120 for 50K. Each is a one-time fee, and neither plan adds an activation or monthly charge.

With code PROPFT at 10%, the same four accounts cost $53.10, $90, $62.10 and $108. The Swing prices carry a "Summer Plan Price" label, and the The5ers Futures discount code page shows the current figures.

Is there a The5ers Futures discount code?

PROPFT is PropFirmTrading's code for The5ers Futures, recorded at 10% off all four accounts. PropFirmTrading tested it at checkout on 5 November 2026, and the 10% rate applied.

The code changes the price only, and the evaluation rules and payout terms stay the same. PropFirmTrading can earn a commission on a purchase made with the code or after a visit through the site's link, and the code also covers The5ers' CFD programs.

What is the difference between Day Trade and Swing at The5ers Futures?

Day Trade and Swing use the same single evaluation phase. Each has a 6% profit target, a 4% trailing limit set at the end of each day, a 40% consistency rule and equal contract caps. Neither allows positions over the weekend.

Day Trade accounts must close every position 10 minutes before each daily close, or 4:50 PM ET, the time the futures page gives before the weekend. Swing accounts may hold 1 mini or 10 micros overnight and cost $10 or $20 more by size. Only Swing accounts earn the limited-time Summer Boost Hub Credits.

How does the The5ers Futures drawdown work?

The maximum loss is 4%, or $1,000 on 25K and $2,000 on 50K, measured from the highest midnight balance or equity. The floor rises with that high point, and the firm's pages never say that it stops. In the firm's own example, a $50,200 midnight balance puts the floor at $48,200.

After each payout the floor resets to 4% below the new balance. The plan tables and the general rules article list no daily loss limit for either plan.

What is the The5ers Futures consistency rule?

No single result may supply more than 40% of total profit, in the evaluation and in the Pro Stage. The plan table measures the best single trade. A larger result does not fail the account, but it delays the pass, payout or scale-up until total profit reaches that result divided by 0.40.

Some of the firm's FAQ articles measure the best trading day instead, and one still uses 50%. Support can confirm which version applies before a trader relies on one large trade.

When can The5ers Futures traders request a payout?

Payouts start only in the Pro Stage. A request needs profit of 4% on the starting balance, $1,000 on 25K or $2,000 on 50K, and an account at least 14 days old. From then on, the trader may ask for one payout per 14 days, and each scale-up starts the count again.

The trader keeps 80% of each payout. Accounts bought from 15 October 2026 carry a 3% cap per payout, and Rise, crypto and bank payouts cost 3.5%, while Hub Credits cost nothing.

Does The5ers Futures refund the evaluation fee?

Yes, on both plans and both sizes. The full fee paid is added to the account balance with the third payout, rather than sent as a separate transfer. With payouts every 14 days, that point comes no sooner than about six weeks into the Pro Stage.

A separate policy covers unused accounts. A trader who has placed no trade can get a full refund within 5 days of purchase, and after that the firm refunds in Hub Credits only.

Can The5ers Futures positions be held overnight or over the weekend?

Day Trade accounts cannot hold positions overnight. All positions and pending orders have to be closed 10 minutes before the daily close, or 4:50 PM ET, the time the futures page gives before the weekend. Swing accounts can keep up to 1 mini or 10 micros through the daily break.

Neither plan allows weekend holding. Three FAQ articles state the cut-off as 4:50 PM CET or 4:50 PM CT, so this review follows the Eastern Time on the futures page.

Which platform does The5ers Futures use?

BlackArrow is the only platform, on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and the web, and the market data is included in the fee. Trades count only on the trader's The5ers account, whose number starts with 12, and not on BlackArrow's own demo account.

The refund policy mentions a Black Arrow Pro product that is never refunded, and the futures pages publish no price for it. Algorithmic trading, high-frequency trading and hedging are banned on both plans.

How does scaling work at The5ers Futures?

Each 10% of profit in the Pro Stage triggers a scale-up. At that point the trader must close every position, and the account pauses for a Risk Department review. A replacement account then arrives with a 5% larger balance and one extra mini or 10 extra micros. The ceiling is $500K, with no minimum number of profitable days.

A 50K account that reaches $5,000 of profit moves to a $52,500 balance. The scaling article and the futures page describe how the trader's profit share sits beside that figure in different ways.
