My Funded Perps Review 2026: Plans, Payout Cap and Conflicting Terms

How this review was researched

12 sources, checked 21 Oct 2026

This My Funded Perps review covers MyFundedPerps, a prop firm that sells 1-Step evaluations for simulated accounts trading perpetual futures. A perpetual future, or perp, is a contract with no expiry date whose price moves with a market such as bitcoin, gold or the S&P 500. The operator is Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and the firm's marketing credits the team behind My Funded Futures.

Each term below was read on the firm's live pages, docs and public API on 21 October 2026.

What this review found

  • Evaluations cost $40 to $889 at list price, across 20 presets on five plans.
  • Every account is simulated, and the Terms say no plan leads to trading real capital.
  • Traders keep 80% of profit, or 90% with an upgrade bought at checkout.
  • The docs cap total payouts at $100,000 per trader, the FAQ lets funded accounts keep paying past that figure, and two blog posts by the firm say three plans have no cap.
  • The firm publishes no payout total of its own, and the $250M+ on its homepage is the My Funded Futures record.
  • Its own pages disagree on 9 topics, from minimum payouts to price sources.

My Funded Perps plans and terms in brief

My Funded Perps sells five 1-Step plans with a static maximum loss, no consistency rule and no deadline to pass.

None of the five plans has a consistency rule, a limit on how much of the profit may come from a single day. None sets a minimum number of trading days either.

  • ›Company. Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., registered in Delaware and trading as MyFundedPerpetuals. No street address appears on its legal or contact pages.
  • ›Platform. An in-house web terminal with no MetaTrader or cTrader, plus a public API in beta, an MCP server and a command-line tool.
  • ›Markets. The docs list 122 perps markets, made up of 66 crypto, 31 stock, 7 index, 6 FX and 12 commodity markets. The public market list returned 118 on 21 October.
  • ›Payment. Card or crypto, with cards refused for billing addresses in 92 countries and regions, among them India, Brazil and Türkiye.

How the My Funded Perps plans work

Each plan is a single evaluation stage with one profit target, followed by a simulated funded account.

PlanSizesProfit targetDaily loss limitStatic maximum lossPayout requests
Select10K to 100K9%3%3%Once per New York day
Prime10K to 100K12%3%5%Once per New York day
Signature10K to 100K10%3%6%Once per New York day
Elite 3% DLL5K to 50K10%3%5%On demand
Elite No DLL5K to 50K10%None5%On demand

DLL stands for daily loss limit, the most an account may lose in one day. The Elite No DLL option drops that limit and leaves the 5% floor as its only loss rule.

After a pass, the trader completes an identity check with Sumsub, a verification provider, and signs a customer agreement before the funded account opens.

  • ›Funding limits. Up to $300,000 in funded accounts per trader and $100,000 per plan. Passes above that wait in a Funding Review, and open evaluations are also capped at $100,000 per plan.
  • ›Not for sale. The $1K and $2.5K Select and the $1K Elite exist only as giveaway or prize accounts, and a $200K size is not sold at checkout.
  • ›No reset. A failed evaluation cannot be reset, so a new one has to be bought.

How the simulation works

  • Orders never reach an exchange, and fills are simulated from real order books.
  • The funded stage also runs on simulated capital, and payouts are paid from the company's own funds, not from trading gains.
  • The Terms of Use and the trading disclaimer say the firm offers no route to a live account with real capital and makes no promise to add one.

Trading fees and the Reduced Fees add-on

Commission is charged on the notional value of each fill, which is the full dollar size of the position. A swap is a daily holding charge, taken hourly on longs and shorts, that replaces the funding payments of the source exchanges.

MarketCommission per fillSwap per day
Crypto0.03%0.03%
FX0.0025%0.005%
Stocks, indices and commodities0.005%0.015%

Elite accounts pay 0.001% per fill on NAS100, SP500, gold and WTI oil, and a swap of 0.01% a day on the two indices. A forced close by liquidation adds a penalty of 0.1% of notional on top of the taker fee.

A Reduced Fees add-on halves commission and swap on Select, Prime and Signature for 10% of the price after any code, with a $10 minimum. For a launch week from 21 to 28 October 2026, the firm set those plans to pay the reduced rates automatically and made the add-on free on up to three new accounts.

What My Funded Perps evaluations cost

The 10K Select at $40 is the cheapest My Funded Perps evaluation, and the 50K Elite No DLL at $889 is the most expensive.

All 20 list prices in the PropFirmTrading database matched the firm's homepage on 21 October 2026.

My Funded Perps list prices, plan by account size
5K10K25K50K100K
Selectn/a$40$100$190$360
Primen/a$60$160$300$595

Elite 3% DLL$49$95$249$495n/a
Elite No DLL$89$175$449$889n/a

Fees in US dollars for the 80% split, paid once, before any code. n/a marks a size the plan does not sell.

  • ›The 90% split is sold only at checkout and adds 19% to 25% to the fee, taking the 10K Select from $40 to $50 and the 100K Signature from $870 to $1,045.
  • ›Removing the daily limit on Elite costs 80% to 84% more than the 3% DLL version of the same size.
  • ›Signature costs about 2.25 times Select from 10K to 50K and 2.4 times at 100K, for a floor twice as deep.

Purchases are limited to 10 accounts in 24 hours, 25 in 7 days and 50 in 30 days. Elite No DLL has its own cap of $250,000 in account size per 7 days. After a buyer's first purchase, the firm applies its larger discounts to at most three orders in any 90 days.

Current prices with PROPFT applied are tracked on the My Funded Perps discount code page. One code works per order, and store credit comes off after the discount.

A refund is possible within 48 hours if the account shows no activity, and the Refund Policy counts accessing market data as activity, not only trading. An eligible refund returns the amount paid minus a $25 fee, while failed evaluations, prizes and free accounts are never refunded.

Rules that end a My Funded Perps account

A My Funded Perps account fails when equity touches a loss floor, when it goes too long without a trade, or when the firm finds prohibited conduct.

Both loss limits are measured on equity, meaning the balance with open profit and loss included.

Four ways to lose a My Funded Perps account

  • Daily loss limit. Equity falls 3% of the starting balance below its level at the start of the day, on every plan but Elite No DLL.
  • Static maximum loss. Equity reaches the plan's fixed floor, set 3%, 5% or 6% below the starting balance.
  • Inactivity. No executed trade for 30 days on an evaluation, or for 7 days on a funded account.
  • Conduct. Prohibited strategies, duplicate accounts, or hiding location with a VPN, which can also cost payout eligibility.

Touching a floor counts as a breach. The one exception is the locked floor after a first withdrawal, where equity may sit exactly at the starting balance.

The fixed floor and the first withdrawal

The maximum loss is static, a dollar floor set from the starting balance that does not trail the account's profit.

Maximum loss floor before any payout

Select 10K
$9,700
$97,000 on 100K
Prime 10K
$9,500
$95,000 on 100K
Signature 10K
$9,400
$94,000 on 100K
Elite 5K
$4,750
$47,500 on 50K

On Select, Prime and Signature, the first funded withdrawal moves the floor up to the starting balance for good. A trader who withdraws all profit is left with no room for loss, so any later loss or trading fee that takes equity below the starting balance closes the account. The Elite floor stays where it started, even after payouts.

A withdrawal never counts toward the daily loss limit, which resets at midnight New York time, 04:00 UTC during US daylight saving time and 05:00 UTC otherwise.

Inactivity, weekends and news

Evaluations need an executed trade at least every 30 calendar days, and funded accounts every 7. Logging in, unfilled orders, cancellations, holding a position, liquidations and automatic close-outs do not count.

Crypto can be held over the weekend. Session markets, including the six FX pairs and US30, are closed automatically 15 minutes before the weekend close on every account type.

On funded accounts only, high-impact news and company earnings bring a blackout. No new exposure may be added from 10 to 2 minutes before the release, and no manual trades are allowed from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after.

Leverage and banned strategies

Leverage sets how large a position can be relative to the account, so 10x on a $10,000 account allows a $100,000 position.

Public market list, 21 Oct 2026. Exposure caps per market, shared across a trader's accounts of the same plan and size, can set lower limits.

Elite accounts get 40x on NAS100 and SP500, 25x on US30, 20x on gold and 10x on oil. Total exposure on an Elite account is capped at 40 times its starting balance.

The firm bans hedging across accounts, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, stale-price trading, spoofing, wash trading, group trading, sacrificial accounts, all-or-nothing bets on an evaluation and bug exploitation. Copy trading works only between a trader's own eligible accounts, and bots may only use the documented API. The full list is on the My Funded Perps rules page.

My Funded Perps payouts and the missing payout record

Select, Prime and Signature allow one payout request per New York calendar day, while Elite accepts a new request as soon as the previous one is finished.

  • ›During review. Trading is locked until the request is decided. The docs give no payment time and say an available request does not guarantee immediate payment.
  • ›Methods. Cash through Rise, which needs an invitation and onboarding, or store credit in any mix, after a Sumsub check with a government ID and a liveness test.

The $100,000 lifetime cap

The payouts docs limit what one trader can receive to $100,000 in total, across all accounts and plans, counted after the split.

Buying new accounts does not restart the count.

The FAQ describes a softer limit. A trader who reaches $100,000 can no longer buy accounts, but funded accounts already held keep trading and paying out above that sum.

Two blog posts by the firm, dated 17 September and 15 October 2026, say Select, Prime and Signature have no lifetime payout cap.

Evidence of payouts so far

Payout requests opened for all funded accounts on 11 September 2026. The firm's blog and a press release say payouts are live, but neither gives a count or a total.

  • ›Homepage figures. The "$250M+" paid and "100K+ payouts" on the homepage are captioned as the My Funded Futures track record since 2023. A paid press release from 2 October gave $225 million for the same record.
  • ›Rewarded posts. Under a scheme called Share to Claim, traders who post a paid payout on X or Instagram earn reward cases scaled to the amount. Social payout posts are therefore incentivised by the firm.
  • ›No public trail. Payouts go through Rise rather than a public blockchain wallet, so PropFirmTrading cannot trace them.

No My Funded Perps account was bought or traded for this review, so the rules and prices here come from the firm's own documents.

Is My Funded Perps legit?

My Funded Perps is a Delaware company with published terms and a public API, and its legal pages state that every account is simulated and that it is separate from My Funded Futures.

  • ›Ownership. The marketing credits the team behind My Funded Futures, and the site links to that brand and shares its Discord server. The Refund Policy and Privacy Policy call Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc. a company separate from MyFunded Futures, LLC.
  • ›Regulation. The firm says it is not a broker-dealer, a futures commission merchant, an investment adviser or a money manager. Its disclaimer carries the hypothetical performance notice set out in Rule 4.41 of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
  • ›Disputes. Delaware law and binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, and traders give up class actions and jury trials. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before a claim, and enforcement decisions are final.
  • ›History. A trade news site reported the brand as Funding Perpetuals on 21 July 2026, backed by My Funded Futures. No page on the firm's own site names its team.

PropFirmTrading has not yet collected public trader reviews of My Funded Perps, so this review carries no rating and no summary of complaints.

Which traders the My Funded Perps plans suit

My Funded Perps suits perps traders who want a fixed floor, frequent payout requests and a choice of five plans, and who accept simulated accounts and a lifetime cap.

My Funded Perps pros, cons and unknowns

Strengths

  • Entry from $40 on the 10K Select and $49 on the 5K Elite.
  • A static floor on every plan, with no consistency rule, minimum days or deadline.
  • One payout request a day on three plans and on-demand requests on Elite.
  • A public API, an MCP server and copy trading between the trader's own accounts.

Drawbacks

  • Every account is simulated, and payouts come from company funds.
  • The docs cap lifetime payouts at $100,000 per trader.
  • On three plans the first payout lifts the floor to the starting balance.
  • A funded account closes after 7 days without a trade.

Open questions

  • Which of the docs, the FAQ and the blog posts states the lifetime cap correctly.
  • How many traders have been paid since payouts opened on 11 September 2026.

Traders comparing the plans can set the 7-day trading rule and the $100,000 cap against how long they expect to keep a funded account.

Commission disclosure

PropFirmTrading is paid a commission on My Funded Perps evaluations bought with the code PROPFT, which its partner link applies at checkout. The list prices on this page are the firm's own, and the effect of the code is shown on the My Funded Perps discount page.

My Funded Perps FAQ

Is My Funded Perps legit?

My Funded Perps is run by Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and publishes Terms of Use, a Refund Policy, detailed docs and a public API. Payout requests opened on 11 September 2026, but the firm has not published a payout total or count of its own.

Its legal pages say every account is simulated and that payouts come from company funds. The firm's pages also disagree on nine topics, including the lifetime payout cap. The rules for each plan are on the My Funded Perps rules page.

Is My Funded Perps the same company as My Funded Futures?

Not legally. The Refund Policy and Privacy Policy describe Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc. as a company separate from MyFunded Futures, LLC. The marketing, however, says the team behind My Funded Futures built My Funded Perps, and the two brands share a Discord server.

The homepage figures of $250M+ paid out and 100K+ payouts belong to My Funded Futures, whose record runs from 2023. They are not payouts made by My Funded Perps, which opened payout requests in September 2026.

Are My Funded Perps funded accounts real or simulated?

They are simulated. The evaluation and the funded account both use simulated capital and simulated execution, and no order is ever sent to an exchange. Fills are modelled on real order books from the firm's price sources.

Payouts are paid from the company's own funds rather than from trading gains. The Terms of Use and the trading disclaimer also say the firm does not offer, and does not promise to offer, any path to a live account with real capital.

How do My Funded Perps payouts work?

On Select, Prime and Signature, a funded trader can request one payout per New York calendar day once $100 of gross profit is available. Elite accounts can request on demand, with a minimum of 1% of the account size. The account must be flat, and trading stays locked until the request is decided.

Traders keep 80%, or 90% with the checkout upgrade. Payment goes through Rise as cash, or as store credit with a 10% bonus, after an identity check with Sumsub.

Is there a lifetime payout cap at My Funded Perps?

The payouts docs say yes. They set a ceiling of $100,000 that one trader can receive from every account and plan combined, measured after the profit split, and new purchases do not reset it.

The FAQ gives a different rule, in which reaching $100,000 only blocks new purchases and funded accounts already held keep paying out. The firm's payout blog posts of 17 September and 15 October 2026 go further and say Select, Prime and Signature carry no cap. Traders who expect to earn more than $100,000 should ask support which rule applies.

What happens to the drawdown after the first My Funded Perps payout?

On Select, Prime and Signature, the first funded withdrawal locks the maximum loss floor at the starting balance permanently. From then on equity may sit exactly at the starting balance, but any amount below it closes the account.

A trader who withdraws all profit therefore keeps no room for losses. Elite works differently, because its 5% floor stays where it started even after payouts. On every plan, a withdrawal never counts toward the daily loss limit.

What is the difference between Elite 3% DLL and Elite No DLL?

Both Elite options have a 10% profit target, a 5% static floor, sizes from 5K to 50K and on-demand payouts. Elite 3% DLL adds a daily loss limit of 3% of the starting balance, while Elite No DLL has no daily limit, so the floor is its only loss rule.

The No DLL option costs 80% to 84% more at list price, for example $89 against $49 on 5K. Its purchases are also capped at $250,000 of account size in any 7 days.

Does My Funded Perps have an inactivity rule?

Yes. An evaluation fails if it goes 30 calendar days without an executed trade, and a funded account is closed after 7 calendar days without one. The evaluation has no deadline, so the inactivity rule is its only time limit.

Logging in, placing orders that never fill, cancelling orders and holding a position open do not count as activity. Liquidations and automatic close-outs do not count either, so only a filled trade keeps the account active.

Which countries are restricted at My Funded Perps?

On 21 October 2026, the firm's public API listed 32 restricted countries and territories, among them Russia, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Ukraine, Vietnam, Pakistan, the Philippines, Kenya and Taiwan. Morocco and Puerto Rico were on that list but not on the 30-country list in the FAQ.

People covered by US Treasury (OFAC) sanctions are excluded as well. Using the platform from a restricted country, or hiding location with a VPN, can lead to closure and the loss of payout eligibility.

Can a My Funded Perps evaluation be refunded?

Yes, within 48 hours of purchase if the account shows no trading activity. The Refund Policy counts placing trades, opening positions and accessing market data as activity, so opening market data on the account can end eligibility before any trade. An eligible refund returns the amount paid minus a $25 fee.

Failed or breached evaluations, prizes and free accounts are never refunded. A refunded order still uses up the first-purchase discount and counts toward the discount limit and the Elite No DLL weekly limit.

Which markets can be traded at My Funded Perps?

The docs list 122 perps markets, split into 66 crypto, 31 stock, 7 index, 6 FX and 12 commodity markets, and the public market list returned 118 on 21 October 2026. Crypto trades around the clock, while FX, US30 and other session markets close for the weekend.

The live market list takes prices from Binance, Hyperliquid, Veranta and Ostium. Leverage on Select, Prime and Signature runs from 2x on most altcoins to 50x on three FX pairs, and Elite reaches 40x on two stock indices.

Is there a My Funded Perps discount code?

PropFirmTrading's partner code for My Funded Perps is PROPFT, and its partner link fills the code in at checkout. Only one code works per order, and store credit is applied after the discount.

The firm also limits how many orders per 90 days receive its larger discounts after a first purchase, so later orders can cost more than the first. The My Funded Perps discount code page tracks what each evaluation costs once PROPFT is entered.
