10 Best Prop Firms for Malaysian Traders in 2026

By Oliver, Co-founder & Researcher· scored 1-10 from live data

Not every prop firm takes traders from Malaysia, and the ones that do rarely say so on the pricing page. We checked each firm's published restricted-country list and kept only those that do not name Malaysia, then ranked them with the same 1-10 score used across this site.

Malaysia is accepted by most CFD and crypto firms; a few futures firms list it. Payouts commonly arrive through Rise or crypto.

How the 1-10 score works
  • Trust (30%): Trustpilot rating and volume blended with our review analysis and its one-star share; thin review bases are pulled toward neutral.
  • Rules (25%): Share of low-friction programs and the average PT:DD ratio, scaled against firms in the same market.
  • Cost (15%): Cheapest 100K-equivalent challenge with the verified code applied, scaled against firms in the same market.
  • Payouts (20%): Fastest available payout cadence and best profit split.
  • Track record (10%): Years in operation.
  • Every input is on the firm's profile and review page, and the score recomputes on each deploy. Firms cannot pay for placement.

The5ers has been funding traders since 2016, longer than almost anyone still operating, and it shows in the product range: a three-stage Bootcamp for patient traders, High Stakes two-step for those who want size quickly, and Hyper Growth one-step in between. You'll trade forex, metals, indices and energy on MetaTrader 5. The5ers is a GB-based Forex & CFD firm with 10 years of operation. We track 21 purchasable challenges across 7 programs (Pro Growth, Hyper Growth, Summer 2-Step 10/5, Summer 2-Step 8/5 and more), from $19 up to $250K in funding. Payouts run every two weeks on its fastest plan, with a profit split of up to 100%.

Our review verdict: Best large-sample rating we track and a genuinely deep payout record - but the verification-interview stage is where nearly every serious complaint lives. Read the full review

Why we picked it

  • Longevity: a decade of payouts is the strongest trust signal in a young industry.
  • Scaling: funded accounts grow on a published schedule as you hit milestones.
  • Bootcamp: the cheapest route to a funded 100K if you can take three stages.
  • Trader rating: 4.7 on Trustpilot from 32,364 reviews; our own analysis of 1250 reviews averages 4.7.
  • Rules: 43% of its programs score low friction, and the average PT:DD ratio is 1:0.60 (fair room per dollar of target).

What to watch: Bootcamp enforces a stop-loss on every trade and a per-position risk cap; read those before choosing it.

You'll trade CME products with a 1-step pass and daily payout options. Top One Futures is a US-based Futures firm with 1 year of operation. Payouts run on demand or daily on its fastest plan, with a profit split of up to 90%.

Our review verdict: The strongest recent paid-reviewer flow in budget futures and hour-scale payouts - tempered by an incentivised-review allegation and small deductions traders should audit. Read the full review

Why we picked it

  • Price per $1K of buying power: the lowest in our entire database.
  • Daily line: plans built around daily payouts.
  • Straight to funded: an S2F option for traders who want to skip the evaluation.
  • Trader rating: 4.8 on Trustpilot; our own analysis of 85 reviews averages 4.7.
  • Rules: 0% of its programs score low friction, and the average PT:DD ratio is 1:0.59 (tight room per dollar of target).

What to watch: Elite Access is a flat promotional price; check the current terms and the funded-stage consistency rule before scaling.

E8 Markets rebuilt its lineup around a configurable challenge: you set phases, targets and drawdown and the price follows. You'll trade energy, forex, metals, indices and crypto, with a payout policy that includes a net-profit buffer on the flagship E8 One account. E8 Markets is a US-based Forex & CFD firm with 5 years of operation. We track 20 purchasable challenges across 3 programs (E8 One, E8 Pro, E8 Signature), from $30.40 up to $500K in funding. Payouts run on demand or daily on its fastest plan, with a profit split of up to 100%.

Our review verdict: Statistically the cleanest payout record among big CFD firms - the things to check before buying are structural: dynamic drawdown, post-payout resets, and the ONE account's 1% cap. Read the full review

Why we picked it

  • Configurator: build the challenge you want instead of choosing from a fixed menu.
  • Clean record: the CFD arm's review base is small but payout-heavy.
  • Scaling: a published plan for growing the account after consistent payouts.
  • Rules: 40% of its programs score low friction, and the average PT:DD ratio is 1:0.77 (fair room per dollar of target).
  • Cost: the cheapest 100K-equivalent ticket is about $247 with code PFT15 (5% off).

What to watch: E8 One requires a profit buffer before the first withdrawal; the exact percentage is on the profile.

FTMO is the firm every other prop firm compares itself to: the two-step Challenge and Verification, a 10% max drawdown, a 5% daily limit and a profit split that starts at 80% and scales to 90%. You'll get the most polished platform stack in the business, including the firm's own app and performance analytics. FTMO is a CZ-based Forex & CFD firm with 11 years of operation. We track 10 purchasable challenges across 2 programs (2-Step, 1-Step), from $79 up to $200K in funding. Payouts run every two weeks on its fastest plan, with a profit split of up to 90%.

Our review verdict: The most professional operation in the space by reviewer consensus - with a soft 'one-sided betting' rule that its biggest earners keep colliding with. Read the full review

Why we picked it

  • Reputation: the largest review base in prop trading with a rating that has held above 4.7 for years.
  • Tooling: account analytics, journaling and a mobile app that most rivals still lack.
  • Stocks and crypto: one of the few CFD firms with single-share CFDs alongside forex.
  • Trader rating: 4.8 on Trustpilot from 45,405 reviews; our own analysis of 204 reviews averages 4.5.
  • Rules: 50% of its programs score low friction, and the average PT:DD ratio is 1:0.83 (generous room per dollar of target).

What to watch: No verified discount code exists and list prices are the highest in this guide; US residents are served through a separate OANDA-affiliated entity with its own terms.

For Traders Crypto is the crypto line of For Traders: Fast and Fast Pro one-step accounts plus instant funding, with the cheapest 100K in crypto at the time of writing. You'll get a 90% split on Fast Pro and a 50% code for new users. For Traders Crypto is a AE-based Crypto firm with 3 years of operation. We track 10 purchasable challenges across 3 programs (Fast 1-Step, Fast Pro 1-Step, Instant), from $24.50 up to $100K in funding. Payouts run on demand or daily on its fastest plan, with a profit split of up to 90%.

Our review verdict: No dedicated review base yet - judge it through the parent firm's solid 4.5 record and the usual new-program playbook: small size, early payout, verify the loop. Read the full review

Why we picked it

  • Price: the lowest crypto 100K ticket we track, code applied.
  • Split: 90% on Fast Pro.
  • Cost: the cheapest 100K-equivalent ticket is about $145 with code PROPFT (50% off).

What to watch: Fast Pro pairs that split with a 35% consistency rule and a four-profitable-day minimum, and the firm is young with no review base yet.

Blue Guardian Futures relaunched its entire lineup in July 2026 with Standard, Express, Reserve and Direct plans, EOD trailing drawdowns and a 25% code shared with the CFD side. You'll trade CME products with rules that differ by plan rather than by size. Blue Guardian Futures is a AE-based Futures firm with 2 years of operation. We track 15 purchasable challenges across 4 programs (Standard, Reserve, Express, Direct), from $83 up to $150K in funding. Payouts run on demand or daily on its fastest plan, with a profit split of up to 100%.

Our review verdict: Bargain pricing built loyal fans, but the payout and support failures in this file are serious - and the 2026 lineup relaunch means you'd be buying a new, unproven program anyway. Read the full review

Why we picked it

  • Plan design: Reserve has no daily loss limit on any size; Express pays daily above $500.
  • Code: the same 25% applies on futures and CFD.
  • Rules: 0% of its programs score low friction, and the average PT:DD ratio is 1:0.67 (fair room per dollar of target).
  • Cost: the cheapest 100K-equivalent ticket is about $186 with code PROPFT (25% off).

What to watch: The old lineup documented 15-week payout waits at worst; the relaunch is new, so let post-relaunch payout reports accumulate before scaling.

Lucid Trading is the futures firm with the best combination of rating and rules in our database: one-step evaluations with a choice of end-of-day or intraday trailing drawdown, no activation fee, and daily payouts on the plans built for them. You'll trade CME products on Tradovate, NinjaTrader or Rithmic. Lucid Trading is a US-based Futures firm with 1 year of operation. We track 12 purchasable challenges across 3 programs (LucidPro, LucidFlex, LucidDirect), from $70 up to $150K in funding. Payouts run on demand or daily on its fastest plan.

Our review verdict: Startlingly fast payouts and trader-friendly Flex rules; the risk file is young-firm ops - execution glitches and KYC friction - rather than payout-desk conduct. Read the full review

Why we picked it

  • Rating: among the highest Trustpilot scores in futures.
  • Drawdown choice: pick EOD or intraday at purchase and pay accordingly.
  • Daily payout plans: withdraw daily above a $500 minimum on the Daily accounts.
  • Trader rating: 4.4 on Trustpilot; our own analysis of 132 reviews averages 4.5.
  • Rules: 0% of its programs score low friction, and the average PT:DD ratio is 1:0.62 (fair room per dollar of target).

You'll trade on Rithmic, Tradovate, NinjaTrader and a dozen other platforms. Apex Trader Funding is a US-based Futures firm with 5 years of operation. We track 16 purchasable challenges across 4 programs (Intraday Trail (Standard), Intraday Trail (No Activation), EOD Trail (Standard), EOD Trail (No Activation)), from $19.90 up to $150K in funding. Payouts run weekly on its fastest plan, with a profit split of up to 100%.

Our review verdict: Unmatched discounts and account stacking for cheap practice - paired with the harshest drawdown-and-payout structure in futures. Buy it knowing which of those you're paying for. Read the full review

Why we picked it

  • Discount: 90% off evaluations with the verified code, the deepest in the industry.
  • Multi-account: run up to twenty funded accounts at once.
  • Platform list: fourteen platforms, the most in futures.
  • Trader rating: 4.2 on Trustpilot; our own analysis of 117 reviews averages 3.8.
  • Rules: 0% of its programs score low friction, and the average PT:DD ratio is 1:0.57 (tight room per dollar of target).

Topstep is the oldest name in futures funding, operating since 2012, and it sells reliability rather than price: a Trading Combine with a clear path to a live-funded account, 90% split, and payout processing measured in days. You'll trade CME equity index, energy, metals and rates products. Topstep is a US-based Futures firm with 14 years of operation. We track 6 purchasable challenges across 2 programs (Trading Combine (Standard), Trading Combine (No Activation)), from $49 up to $150K in funding. Payouts run on demand or daily on its fastest plan, with a profit split of up to 90%.

Our review verdict: Still the establishment choice in futures - polished platform, honest payouts, few disputes - but 2026's platform exclusivity and rule shifts cost it real goodwill among veterans. Read the full review

Why we picked it

  • Track record: fourteen years and the industry's longest payout history.
  • Path to live: funded accounts graduate to real capital on a published schedule.
  • Support: the most complete education and coaching stack in futures.
  • Trader rating: 3.6 on Trustpilot; our own analysis of 132 reviews averages 4.5.
  • Rules: 0% of its programs score low friction, and the average PT:DD ratio is 1:0.56 (tight room per dollar of target).

Traders Launch is the 200K-for-$74 firm: NYC-branded plans with a 55% code that price a large account below most rivals' 50K. You'll trade CME futures with EOD trailing drawdown on the standard plans. Traders Launch is a US-based Futures firm with 4 years of operation. We track 12 purchasable challenges across 4 programs (NYC 55%, NYC 80%, 22-Hour 80%, 22-Hour 55%), from $49 up to $300K in funding. Payouts run on demand or daily on its fastest plan, with a profit split of up to 80%.

Our review verdict: A transparent bargain: uncapped sub-20-minute daily payouts and static funded drawdown, priced through a 55% base split and tough evaluations. No disputes on record. Read the full review

  • Large accounts cheap: 200K evaluations under $80 with the code.

How to choose a prop firm

The score above weights the five things that decide whether you get paid. Here is what each one means for you.

Reputation, measured

Read the one-star reviews, not the average. Our review pages itemise every payout dispute we could find, with amounts. A 4.5 built on support praise is not the same as a 4.5 built on payout reports.

Drawdown type before drawdown size

A 10% trailing drawdown can be harsher than a 5% static one. End-of-day trailing is workable; intraday trailing punishes you for open profit you give back. The PT:DD ratio on each profile shows the room you actually get.

The path from pass to payout

Minimum trading days, consistency rules, profit buffers and minimum payout amounts sit between passing and being paid. Every one of them is on the firm's profile; the 'what to watch' line above names the one most likely to bite.

Price with the code, not the sticker

List prices in this industry are an opening offer. Every price on this site includes the verified code shown next to it, and the daily pipeline re-checks it at the firm's checkout.

Platform and market fit

If you trade on MetaTrader, a Tradovate-only firm is the wrong firm however good the terms. Check the platform list and the instrument scope, especially for stocks and crypto.

Where you live

Restricted-country lists change without notice and are enforced at KYC, usually after you have paid. The country guides check each firm's list; confirm again at checkout.

Pros and cons of prop trading

Pros

  • Capital you do not have to save first: a $100K account for the price of a dinner out at the cheapest firms.
  • Defined risk: the most you can lose is the challenge fee, never the account.
  • Forced discipline: drawdown rules and daily limits are the sizing framework most retail traders never build.
  • Profit splits of 80% to 100% on money that is not yours.

Cons

  • Most traders fail evaluations on sizing, not strategy, and fees add up across attempts.
  • Funded accounts are usually simulated; you are paid from the firm's revenue, so the firm's solvency is your counterparty risk.
  • Rules are enforced after you succeed: KYC, device and consistency checks land at payout time.
  • Terms change often. A firm that fits you today can restructure its lineup next quarter.

Frequently asked questions

Which prop firms accept traders from Malaysia?

Every firm listed above, based on its published restricted-country list at our last check. Lists change without notice, so confirm at checkout; the firm's terms page is linked from each profile.

How do traders in Malaysia get paid?

Most firms on this list pay through Rise, crypto (USDT or USDC) or bank transfer via a payment processor. Each entry's profile lists the payout methods; check that at least one works with your bank before buying.

Do prop firms really pay out?

The firms on this list do, and we track it two ways: aggregated trader reviews per firm, including every one-star payout complaint, and the firms' own published payout policies. What varies is the fine print between passing and being paid, which is why each entry above carries a 'what to watch' line.

How is the 1-10 score calculated?

Five components, each 0-10 and taken from data already on this site: trust (Trustpilot rating and volume blended with our review analysis, 30%), rules (share of low-friction programs and the average PT:DD ratio, 25%), cost (cheapest 100K-equivalent challenge with the verified code applied, 15%), payouts (fastest available payout cadence and best profit split, 20%) and track record (years in operation, 10%). Scores recompute on every deploy.

More guides

We earn a commission if you buy a challenge through our links or codes. That never changes a score: every input is computed from the database and published on the firm profiles. Prices and rules verified by the daily pipeline; restricted-country lists checked at our last manual review.
